Junior Horseman
Joining as a Junior Groom means immersing yourself in a world of equine care and learning valuable skills along the way. Throughout your training, you'll master fundamental grooming techniques, including brushing, mane and tail care, and hoof picking. You'll become proficient in assisting with tacking and untacking horses, ensuring each ride starts smoothly and safely. Additionally, you'll learn the importance of maintaining a clean and organized stable environment, taking on tasks such as stall mucking and bedding replenishment with confidence. With hands-on experience and expert guidance, you'll develop a keen understanding of horse behavior and safety protocols, becoming an indispensable member of our dedicated team.

Midlevel Horseman
A Midlevel Groom not only excels in equine care and stable management but also possesses a growing proficiency in horse training techniques. Building upon the foundational skills acquired as a Junior Groom, Midlevel Grooms develop a deeper understanding of equine behavior and communication. They demonstrate proficiency in basic training exercises, such as lunging, ground work, and introducing horses to new equipment. Additionally, Midlevel Grooms play an active role in assisting with the training of young or inexperienced horses, helping to build their confidence and develop essential skills for riding. With their expanding knowledge and hands-on experience, Midlevel Grooms contribute significantly to the well-being and development of our equine companions

Senior Horseman
As a Senior Groom, you are the epitome of expertise in equine care, stable management, and horse training. Building upon your experience as a Midlevel Groom, you possess advanced skills and a deep understanding of horse behavior and communication. You excel in all aspects of equine grooming, including specialized care for mane, tail, and hoof health, and are adept at recognizing and addressing any signs of discomfort or illness in our equine companions.
In addition to your grooming prowess, you are a skilled horse trainer, capable of developing personalized training plans tailored to each horse's needs and abilities. You confidently conduct advanced training exercises, such as collection, lateral movements, and flying lead changes, while always prioritizing the horse's well-being and partnership.
As a Senior Groom, you also play a vital role in mentoring and guiding Junior and Midlevel Grooms, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster their growth and development.
